A really nice Music centre! I had recently bought a Roland FP-90x, customer service was great and it was overall a very nice experience. Staff were friendly, and all of the necessary elements of the purchase were completed in only 20 minutes! Very nice place - I definitely would recommend : .
A great collection of pianos, grand pianos and electrical pianos. David and Emma are very friendly and helpful to find the best suitable piano for you.
Amazing selection of acoustic piano, keyboards and digital pianos. Each has its own section making it easier to test the type that interests you and limit noise affecting other sections. They also have headphone available to try the digital pianos and keyboards in silence - helpful like me you are a bit conscious of your playing standard. The staff were friendly, very accommodating and knowledgable about the pianos and which would work in a particular setting. Customer facilities include include limited free parking and good toilet facilities. The pianos are packed in and it is a warehouse style building, so try to avoid busy times or you could fighting for space if there is a particular piano you are interested in. You can book s slot to test a particular piano though which is great. Their workshop also shares the same building so you can see pianos being restored - which is just amazing; and get advice straight from the restorers. I like Bonners Eastbourne a lot; but if piano is your thing Bonners Reigate should be at the top of your list.
If you want to buy new piano, that is a MUST VISIT place. The range of pianos they have is great and I am sure that you can find what you are looking for. Best thing is that you can try all of them and find your perfect match. Great experience. Great place to get your piano.
The perfect piano shop! The staff in store were super friendly and happy to let me take as much time as I wanted to try different models. When I bought my piano, Tom from Bonners was so accommodating and helpful over the phone, and the two deliverymen were fantastic too. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!
Absolutely excellent service. Would happily recommend. Amanda Jones from Bonners helped me pick out an electric piano. Amanda was helpful, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgable about all the pianos. She knew exactly when to offer a suggestion and when to give me time to just play and figure out what suited me the best. The piano I bought was competitively priced, delivery was included and the delivery service was also first rate. Buy your piano from this company.
Absolutely hopeless sales and service. Purchased a digital piano for my son for his Uni to Manchester only to find that the f key was faulty. Got it back to London and gave it to reigate store. It sat with them for more than a week before they sent for serving. Got it back two months later. They did not even check if the defect was resolved and it was discovered by my son only when he received the piano in Manchester. There is no accountability. Even when trying to chase for updates on my repairs, I could not get an answer and worse still, I was asked to call Casio directly for my updates when I first called.
Great place. Huge range of pianos. Staff very professional and helpful. Recommendation following customers needs. A must visit for those who look for professional help. Will visit again. Lots of pianos, friendly staff. Was chased away from viewing pianos by staff smoking at the front door and stinking out the shop. I was interested in buying and the salesperson said he would call me when the piano that he lead me to had been through their workshop - I never received that phone call. Basically I wasted my time visiting the shop. What is the point of going to a shop with cash to spend if the "sales" person doesn't follow up sales lead? I've awarded more than one star only because the staff where polite. Pointless endeavour however.
