The worse Boots I have ever had the displeasure to visit. Under-stocked, they never have what I go in for, unlike other Boots branches. The store's layout & displays are aesthetically uninteresting & uninviting. Called the pharmacy to check that they had my prescription ready & they twice hung up on me immediately they picked up, after I had been on the line for many, many rings. Only managed to speak to someone after calling them for the 3rd time.

Just phoned the pharmacy 3 times and on all 3 occasions the phone rang n rang, and then went dead... I just hope same doesn't happen to me whilst I continue trying to get through to someone!!!
