Visited today for afternoon tea with family. After a very disappointing and quite rude greeting when we arrived which resulted in us wandering around to find our reserved table, we then had great service from our waitress. She was fantastic, polite, helpful and attentive and made our experience very enjoyable. The afternoon tea was delicious. Thank you Natalie, you made our afternoon.

A bit pricey but a good place to relax and have coffee and cake. High quality food. Good service

I took my sister to the Patisserie Valerie in Maidstone today for an afternoon tea. It was for a special surprise for her 30th birthday. Andy the manager couldn't have been more accommodating and made it an extra special experience, thank you so much! We shall be returning!

Head waiter didn't know what lactose intolerance meant and asked if single cream in scrambled eggs ok? Couldn't offer scrambled eggs without cream??????!!!!!! Bacon was so tough couldn't cut it or bite it. Canterbury branch much better. Bitterly disappointed.
