Consistent. Well stocked. Always have the cakes I want. Coffee is never bitter. Staff always friendly. Would recommend.

Really happy, friendly, kind staff, I managed to cover my table, child, bag and floor in hot chocolate. Staff where lovely replaced all the spoiled food and drink for free and cleaned up the mess with a smile. A million thank you's!

Absolutely love breaking up my day here. The staff are fantastic. More often than not they see me coming, and my coffee is ready when I walk in the shop.....Now that's exceptional customer service. The 4 managers Karen, Gayle, Sauna & Karena do more than most Managers I've seen in any eating establishments. They don't just bark out orders, they dive in and get their hands dirty. Be sorry if any of them went. The remaining staff seem to bounce off of the warm & positive can do attitude of the staff & work equally as hard. Bravo to you all.

Great friendly staff. Always service with a smile. Probably 3 of the hardest working Managers in a retail outlet I've come across. Great fun when they're not too busy, always guaranteed a laugh and a joke with them. Not too expensive, on a par with similar.
