Food is good and quite good with deals. However the biggest and most important element is customer service in which I was standing waiting to be seated for 10 minutes and seems that me and the wife was invisible. Staff was clearing tables with no eye contact and even not even aware that customers are on the shop floor. If this is vastly improved then it would have a higher star rating from me. 9 waiting staff on duty by the way..

Would definitely recomnend Afternoon Tea. Went with friends and staff were very accomodating as we had an odd number of people and some were vegetarian. Staff were happy to help with this. We had a great selection of savoury and sweet and the cakes were exceptionally good. It was also fantastic value for money.

Took my 92 year old mum out for afternoon tea but really was disappointed. I have had many afternoon teas including eating at Harrods, The Royal Berkshire Hotel, Coworth Park, and Valeries was probably not the best I have had. The sandwiches were so small and thin - we could have eaten twice or 3 times the amount provided. The cakes were OK but nothing special. Scones were nice and the tea / coffee was nice. Would I go again ? probably not.

Simply the best coffee shop in Windsor. The menu is a wonderful blend of savory dishes and cakes. Definitely worth checking out

In need of an update, place looks tired, not what you’d expect for Windsor. Ordered an afternoon cream tea, vegetarian option included goats cheese, which we don’t like but manager insisted they couldn’t change the order, you order vegetarian option or regular option, nothing could be changed, they are Sandwiches for goodness sake, just exchange one for another, but not this manager, jobs worth.
