Natasha has been working with me with Personal Training sessions for the last couple of months. I have appreciated the way she listens to what I want to get out of it and what types of workouts I enjoy as well as the holistic approach she takes to health and well-being. She manages to have the right balance of being personable and holding me accountable both during the workouts and through the week in between sessions. It’s been so great working with her!
Brilliant class whatever your fitness level. I hadn’t exercised for a long time and feel fitter and stronger now and love the class. Natasha is an expert in her field and has helped me re-engage with exercise. You work at your own level and exercises can be adapted to you, there’s always an option! I would not hesitate in recommending this class if you’re looking to exercise with like minded ladies in a fun environment! Thank you Natasha!
I have absolutely loved doing Pilates on a Tuesday night with Natasha. At the start of my pregnancy I was really reluctant to do any form of exercise which was really strange after being a really active person pre-pregnancy except walking as I was so scared of even moving! But Natasha from the start of my Pilates course made me feel completely reassured and this made me feel at ease immediately. She checks throughout the class that you are in poses correctly and everything feels so safe and calm. After each class, I instantly feel more relaxed and more prepared for labour. I love the affirmations at the end and the relaxation part the most, it makes me feel completely calm. I have almost completed my 8 week block, and I am going to sign up for another few sessions to take me to 37/38 weeks. I would highly recommend this class to anyone that is pregnant as it is great for the mind and body, and also great that I have made friends at a similar stage of pregnancy to me.
I booked myself for a sports/relaxation massage with Natasha. She was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly where to apply pressure and be gentle. After I left I felt alot lighter and super relaxed. I definitely recommend doing 1hr 30mins and Natasha can really focus on your muscles. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Natasha is an excellent trainer. Her sessions really helped me during my pregnancy and labour. Highly recommend her pregnancy pilates classes.
I started Natasha's pregnancy Pilates and fitness classes at 14weeks and am so pleased I did. Through the classes, I managed to keep my fitness up, strengthen my core and learn about breathing in readiness for labour. I'm absolutely certain that going to these classes from the very beginning were key to having a positive birth experience. As an added bonus, the classes have been educational, with Natasha frequently sharing knowledge and experience about pregnancy and labour. Finally, it is a great way to meet other mums to be! Highly recommend the classes.
I would highly recommend getting a c section scar massage from Natasha. She’s knowledgeable, shares great tips for us postpartum mums and approachable making the whole massage experience an enjoyable one. I started the sessions 3 months post c section and I am still going nearing 9 months postpartum. The massages not only help relieve tightness around the tummy area but help your body move more freely with less aches and pains. I will definitely be continuing these going forward. Thanks Natasha for being on this postpartum journey with me x x x
For several months I had suffered with pain in my left shoulder and down my arm. Often leading to pins and needles, and the pain was worse when the arm was straight down and walking normally. I had been to see an osteopath, physiotherapist and strong anti inflammatory tablets. Natasha suggested she carry out some scar therapy. I was a little bit sceptical but willing to try. Natasha worked on the scars left by my mastectormy, on the right side of my body. After the first session the pain in my left shoulder did ease slightly. After the second session the improvement was greater and I can now say after the third session the pain has almost completely gone. I would recommend anyone try this type of therapy as the body works in mysterious ways and pain you are experiencing may not be caused by what you think.
Pilates I have been attending pregnancy Pilates with Natasha for a few months now and I can honestly say they are the highlight of my week. They not only increase my mobility during the usual pregnancy aches and pains but encourage strengthening and relaxation which is a key part of the birth process. The classes provide a relaxed informal environment for mums to be and I couldn’t imagine pregnancy without them! Mums to be I love this class! It is a varied and more intense than the Pilates class including different circuit stations. Massage I came to Natasha after struggling with a back ache for a few days, she was able to quickly accommodate me for a massage that week. The massage was relaxing and really helpful. My pain reduced and in a few days I was able to regain my mobility. The environment was calming and professional, I felt relaxed immediately. Having been apprehensive to get a massage whilst being pregnant Natasta’s professionalism immediately relaxed me and I’ve already booked another 3 massages for the remainder of my pregnancy. Breathing and Relaxation Class In my third trimester I completed a 2 hour breathing and relaxation class with Natasha. The intimate nature of the class made it really comfortable. The class consisted of post birth exercises and stretches plus nutritional advice with scientific reasoning. We then did breathing, stretching and relaxation which included the process and mind-set of a typical physiological birth from home to hospital. Which was really useful as I was able to picture and prepare for what is coming. I am feeling so much better prepared for the birth process after the class and would recommend.
