The staffs are the only thing good about this place. Food looks like from yesterday, coffee is mediocre and worst of all the toilet is 2 floors up. Horrendous if anyone is on wheelchair. It's located a building so damp it looks like it's falling apart.

I'm giving 4 stars for the staff they were friendly and helpful and we'd came for a cream tea and even though they'd ran out of certain items they were happy to try and sort something out, however the cream tea items are pre prepared and therefore he quality was not great, certain sandwiches felt dry around edges like when the buffet has been open to long at a family party..the cakes weren't great I'd expected more from Patisserie Valerie maybe if they did the sandwiches fresh..and had a few fresher cakes they would be great...but the staff are amazing and could prob train the staff at birmingham or give them a few tips as they make this place...very friendly and helpful...x

The place was very old/dirty feeling and the staff seemed stress put. The food looked as though it had been sitting for quite a while as well. Tasted good, but not the quality I usually expect from Patisserie Valerie.

I'm here at 3 .00 in the afternoon and no nice cakes left only 3 stale fresh cream eclairs left the amount of people who come in and ask if there's any more cakes available and to be told no is shocking, this place will be shut in a year,..
