The Nursery and Garden Centre

We feel sure that you will enjoy browsing our beautifully maintained plant sales areas, well-stocked greenhouses and seasonal displays in their delightful garden setting. We believe we offer one of the best selections of quality plants in the UK, many of which are rarely offered elsewhere. Along with our specialist crops, many plants are produced here on the nursery but, where this is not possible, they are sourced from the very best British growers.

The Gift Shop at Ashwood The Gift Shop at Ashwood is a very special place to shop and we are very proud that most of the goods that we sell are designed and made in the UK. The shop is a collector’s dream and we are leading stockists of Moorcroft Pottery, Elliot Hall Enamels, Bronte Porcelain and Steiff Bears. Our shop is packed with inspirational gift ideas for every occasion and, with its delightful mix of home accessories, soft toys, jigsaw puzzles, fine jewellery, fragrances, books , stationery, greeting cards, gift wrap, preserves and confectionery, there really is something for everyone.

The Garden Shop

The Garden Shop caters for all your gardening needs with a superb selection of seeds, bulbs, bird food, tools, hardwood furniture, accessories, fertilisers as well as speciality composts made here at the nursery. There’s a book department and a charming ‘shop within a shop’ selling artificial silk flowers. The ‘personal touch’ is very important to us and we always aim to provide a friendly service, with expert advice freely available.
