The coffee is great very rich tasting with the perfect steamed milk. The staff are always bright and smiley which makes their customer service outstanding. I bought 2 whole cakes and my sister was delighted with these for her birthday. The sponge was delicate and the filling was soooo creamy highly recommend coming to enjoy the atmosphere and especially their varied selection of cakes to have in and whole cakes to take away Vegetarian options: Love the new sandwiches they are yum
I bought a cake staff here didnt understand me and given me less cake for two box of 6 pieces cakes other is only 3 and other complete 6 and tell me what she pay for ask me need show my receipt and she check her comp. tilt so lm right blame a customer even though they rong is rude i like cake here and good dine in w my friend but suddenly disspointment staff need understanding not blame customer .box of one cake spread of icing I have to choose clean one because i given as gift . Thanks
Went there for some coffee and cake for two. Place was dirty, tables not cleared, slow service. There was only three staff who looked overwhelmed. The cake, when it arrived, was frozen. Having paid £17.60 for the experience, I feel ripped off. Never again.Food: 1/5
Had a lunch voucher given to us , not much of a selection to choose from , But what we had to eat and drink was just ok , nothing more than ok. The weather was great when we visited in June and sat outside.
I’ve always been a customer of this patisserie. They have the best cakes in the whole of Hampshire and I’ve always been greeted and treated lovely by the staff. Every birthday I buy their cakes and I can say we have always been happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t or couldn’t say a bad word about the shop or the staff. Thankyou for all the nice cakes.
Lovely little place. This is more of my kind of scene than sitting in a busy cafe, pub or sandwich place. The cakes were great and so was the latte. Not far off £20 for what you see in the picture, but you get what you pay for. I thought it was lovely and the service was great
Lovely cakes and drinks but to get service was slow I found it too long But when we got the slice of black forest gateau cake was lovely and the hot chocolate was hot my friend had a cream cake and a latte he was very happy but we will not be using it again as service was too slow
My friend and i got a groupon deal for scone and tea each. Fruit scone was huge and filling, very tasty we had coffee for our drink which was tasty too. The lady serving was very nice. Small inside not a huge amount of tables but there were tables outside too. enjoyed this and will be back
Had a red velvet cake that had frosting instead of cream cheese. However, it was really good! The tea was nice and full, I had almost 3 full cups. Delightful!Food: 4/5
Visited on a very cold evening and just sitting in the quaint rest area in the warmth was welcome! Had a stunning latte, Hot chocolate and a tea which would have been enough for 4! Did not have any cakes but they looked lovely!
