I enquired in the morning and had multiple items PAT tested the same day very last minute as i'd left it to the day before I needed the items tested!. The electrician I met with was lovely too, really pleasant and knowledgable. All communication was clear and concise and my certificate was sent over promptly upon receipt of payment. Would definitely recommend for a seamless, friendly service.  Recommend updating the website as the price advertised was quite substantially different to that which I paid but due to my last minute nature and their ability to help me so swiftly, I was happy to take the price difference.

All staff who come on site are professional and very friendly. They are quick to respond to requests, always being able to provide someone to get out on site to you quickly.

Excellent company, great communications, engineer went the extra mile to provide 5 star service and we always kept each other in the loop with prompt communication once the job was undertaken. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Just been called back to a commercial depot in St Albans after requesting this company to carry out PAT Testing on my behalf been an electrician for over 20yrs. They pointed out that not one item had been unplugged to be tested & just the stickers had been applied. The appliance ID numbers on the register did not match the stickers & I now have to retest the entire depot myself. They do not seem to be with any electrical scheme eg. Napit or NIC so please check they are properly qualified to EICR or PAT test with correct C&G certification. I have been a genuine customer caught out. Please be aware!
