Don't be fooled by the looks of the shop. It is run by an honest and friendly motorcycle enthusiast. This is a hard-working small shop, fairly priced and capable. They kept updating us in regards to what was being found needed. Made us feel as part of the project. Swift and effective work. Will use their services again.

I'm really glad Google Maps pointed me to this little back road garage. I was charged a very fair price. Andy the owner is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He kept me frequently updated with the progress of the bike, and showed a great deal of care and consideration. I definitely recommend this place, your bike will be in very good hands.

Have used herts bikes on a number of occasions and I've only had good experiences. Owner is accommodating and very friendly. Can't recommend enough.

I phone this guy to do my bike £50 pick up done bike charged for work he did not do charged for new seals kit did not fit on new brakes I gave him this guy charged me a lot for work he did not do Do not take your bike to this guy he is a con man and mot got 63000 miles on mot when 68000 on clock and I got stuff miss from unseat which I no was there love to no why it took him 8 hours of work to do just a few things did not even tune bike (. Said I am a biker like u I don’t think so

Charged me for 3 hours for a 40 minute job!! mechanic did not know what he was doing ended up taking my whole bike apart and messing around with wires!! bike came back broken and unable to start, in the process of going through small claims, as Andy is not cooperating. CON MAN!
