Updated review: Trudie was so kind as to send me a few dishes to sample. I received the Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Pappardelle with a Wild Mushroom Sauce, and Roberta's Lasagna Rustica with Slow-Cooked Beef Shin Ragù. The dishes this time around were much better quality than what I had received using Deliveroo. I was very pleased with the Ravioli, very delicious and full of flavour. The lasagne was one of the best I've tasted, however, there were some large chunks of beef which I wasn't too fond of. The Pappardelle was also great and very easy to cook. The only issue I had was my package being slightly damaged when it arrived, but I was quickly sent a replacement for the damaged dish. I've changed my rating to 4 stars as the food is great, but lacks consistency for the price. I would definitely recommend giving their "make at home" boxes a try if you want some quick, extremely tasty dishes. Grazie! Old Review: Seems very hit and miss. I had the lasagne previously and it was delicious. Decided to try the Wild Mushroom Ravioli this time and was very disappointed. The dish lacked flavor and if it wasn't for the cheese that I added, there would be none at all. The pasta was also drenched in butter I know it comes with butter but it was swimming in it, yuck Was going to order the boxes online, but if there's no consistency I think I'll give it a miss. I also paid extra for a large and the portion size seemed small and I was still hungry afterward. Greenwich branch.
dont order delivery from this place ‼ we ordered a GRANDE portion pasta pesto with extra pine nuts first of all the food was cold, second of all it was definitely not a bigger portion that we payed £3 extra for. for me the “grande” was just a scam. and we got no bag , just like this. and very messy. no flavour. But one good thing about our delivery is that we know that we shouldn’t order again from this place.
Pasta is rubbish. I would not waiste barolo for cooking hospital food.
It's definitely hit and miss! Bought the at home order, the tiramisu was divine! My first dish was the sausage and fennel rigatoni - that was sublime! But then it was a real downfall after that. Most of the filled pasta dishes don't have enough sauce! I had to had butter to the pea and shallot ravioli dish - it was a very very weird texture and quite doughy. Also - I went to Market Halls in Canary Wharf, we ordered the sausage and fennel pasta. It came in a container and was not hot which was disappointing. Also, I really wanted to try the pistachio torte - but the server said 'we don't serve desserts'. Which didn't make any sense. It was very overpriced! All in all - don't go for the ravioli pasta, mine stuck to my pan.
superb pasta, really easy, and would recomend to anyone who loves pasta. 10/10
Came with 3 friends for a birthday and had such a great time at the pasta class in London. Constant top-ups with our drinks, plenty of food and an amazing welcoming Italian connoisseur host called Tommasso who exubed his culture, food and heritage. The class and introduction to pasta making is so accessible, I know 100% I'll re-use the teaching and do some at home.
Great customer service who helped us to order, but sadly that’s about it. food then didn’t tasted fresh AT ALL so probably all frozen. Very disappointing. Nothing looked like the pictures. Pasta type a bit better than the lasagna and cannelloni which tasted and looked really whatever. We tried it with friends long time ago and I remember it being so good… so maybe brexit didn’t help here ? Honestly unsure if I was unlucky, but won’t order from them again. Shame… Now got to the tiramisu and one of the two we ordered leaked it’s package…
Ordered online with deliveroo, tiramisù excellent, pasta al pesto bad, seriously bad, for 13 pound I got more or less 120 grams of pasta with a little bit of pesto just to say that's it eat it and shut up, no salt no flavour whatsoever! Never again.
If prices were lower and was served properly in a plate, I'd be happier
