Came in with my friend to buy a costume the main lady who works there was very rude to her clearly new employee who was trying very hard . Asked her to check if both items where in the package for a two piece outfit she said yes they were both inside, 20 minutes later when we get home one of the pieces is missing. Horrible service.
Rude staff, helium canister doesn’t work don’t buy it, Too expensive would recommend anywhere else to be honest
Atrocious service and attitude by the staff in the store. This store needs to provide training to their staff.... Not coming into this store anymore !! Would recommend people to head to design studio instead... BAD BAD BAD !!
Terrible experience. Came in to get some balloons inflated and a display created. Basically talked out the door and told to buy a helium canister and blow them up ourselves!! Very over priced. Wouldn’t go back.
Absolutely shocking experience. I had planned a surprise for my partners 30th birthday. My in-laws collected the balloons in the morning but 6 pm they were completely deflated and ruined the surprise I’d planned. Although I was given a refund and an apology over the phone I would not recommend this shop to anyone again.
Fantastic, delivered a "9" and "0" balloons for my Uncles ninetieth birthday, they formed the backdrop for his birthday zoom party and he was very pleased with them. Thanks and recommended !
Sold out of Union Jack's but the confetti shooter was fun. No hard sell thankfully.
Brilliant service and very good prices. Visited the store very last minute for my sisters birthday and they were able to accommodate my requests. Definitely makes events more stress free!
