This is a fantastic shop with very helpful staff. I was struggling with a gift for my partner when a young lady asked if I needed help. I jokingly said yes and explained, she immediately started asking questions what does she like what size and what price range. I told her she picked me out a few things I ended up buying all 3. If I could remember her name I would put it on. I just hope she wasn't a Christmas temp but if I go back and see her I will update this post

Nice and friendly staffs. Assisted to order for my size of this hills.

New look the shop is well presented and up to date in their fashion sense, staff were very willing to help people with their professionalism, would recommend for people to visit when on the moore in Sheffield.

I know New Look is a woman-oriented shop but would it not have been that much of an issue when designing this store to add an extra floor for menswear?

A big shop with plenty of choice wish they had more staff on tills  had to queue to get served waited a while the staff were very pleasant  and helpfull

Very disappointed with your plus size range the I personally think that you think because we are under a size 14 that we don't won't to look nice, there are a lot of younger ladies who want to wear nice clothes in style and you don't cover for that know wonder the under 30s shop on line

New Look is one of my favourite shops .Lovely quality in store and friendly staff .

Some decent sales, but everything seems the same shape and a few colours

The staff here are all lovely , always polite and friendly every time you go in
