Friendly staff, helped me take tags off bad so I could use it. Only place in medowhall that had decent every day bags! Everywhere else clothes shops had no bags or tiny useless clubbing bags. Bag I got was pricy but it seems good quality.

Staff were lovely, got my second lobe piercings by Safiya who was very kind and informative! Affordable, great experience and definitely would recommend!

The staff was great and I really liked the items in the shop. I bought a bag that I haven't use yet so if the bag last long enough I will give 5 stars.

1 star rating not for monsoons as their clothes are fab but for the delivery service they use myhermes. Such a big place like monsoon using a very incompetent company to deliver parcel or anything. While placing an order which states 3-5 working days but now its 9 days and nowhere to be seen. Cant phone anyone just live chat with people from india. What a cheap service. Due to the delivery company monsoon use im afraid wont be ordering from them any sooner
