Fantastic salon with great service. The stylists are incredibly talented and are always accommodating. They cater to my needs and make me feel at home. I've never been disappointed with a haircut since I started going to Part One. Thanks for always doing a great job. Keep it up and see you soon for my next haircut!

My friend and her daughter went here a few days ago and had the worst experience imaginable! She left with hair that looks patchy, yellow and not what she wanted at all and her daughter had wonky hair from where it wasn't cut right. How whoever did their hair can call themselves qualified is beyond me. After contacting the salon then then say they dye it again all one colour to cover it up!? Because obviously they cannot do highlights correctly!! They have refused a refund after she paid £130 for this monstrosity. Honestly, never go here.

Botched my mother and my hair. Refused a refund and offered a correction by manager which we refused due to having wonky hair and not the colour we asked for.

This hairdressers is great wouldn't go anywhere else very friendly and helpful prices are good
