Superb customer service. I visited this salon to fix a bad haircut from elsewhere. Marco was excellent - listened to me, gave his advice and then a great haircut. He also refused to charge me. What a great way to build a customer base. I thoroughly recommend him.

Walked in to an empty salon. Wanted hair cut slightly shorter.. Like Meg Ryan. Showed a photo. Out came the clippers. I ended up scalped. My hair was gone. I was so upset. Paid £56 and cried all the way home. Would never recommend this place especially when you go with a top stylist. Gutted!

Quite simply THE BEST salon I have EVER been to ... and I have been to quite a few over the years trying to find THE ONE! Toni & Guy (Worthing) definitely has the X-FACTOR. From the friendly staff who can't do enough to help you and make you feel at ease and welcome the moment you step through the door ... to the knowledge and amazing quality of their workmanship ... this salon has it all going on. Five stars all the way for Marco and his wonderful team!

Great salon. Super friendly, glass of bubbly always a bonus. Hair is cut professionally and they listen and do what you ask. Different to other salons.
