This pharmacy is AMAZING. I go there to check problems before booking into the doctors. The staff are all knowledgable, approachable and warm. I swear they seem to know everyone in our neighbourhood. I’ve told lots of friend who now come from all across Hackney especially to use this Pharmacy. Love this place!

This is a lovely pharmacy, with a good selection and wonderful, professional staff.
Very professional and helpful staff, well stocked pharmacy. We use it regularly, the staff is patient and professional in explaining how to take medication and also very promptly ordered a more uncommon medication for me in the past. I also had my covid jabs here, again good experience. Very lucky to have this pharmacy in our neighbourhood.

Had my covid booster jab here. I walked in and was seen within 5 minutes. I didn’t want to wait too long 6 months after my second jab so the walk-in service was great. The staff were really professional and lovely. Can’t recommend enough. Get jabbed and protected! Thanks to the staff for a fantastic service.
Was recommended to this pharmacy from my GP practice as I needed to quarantine before major surgery and was informed the pharmacy deliver prescriptions and would be able to deliver before and post surgery while recovering. Telephoned TWICE before changing my nominated pharmacy and having my prescription sent electronically to check that everything would run smoothly. Once the prescriptions were sent for the pharmacy had no idea who I was or what I required. Some guy snatched the phone from the female pharmacy assistant and started interrogating me of why I didn’t confirm my needs with him first. I confirmed it twice with the two pharmacy assistants and if they didn’t communicate this internally this is due to management issues. It really wasn’t my fault and nor should I be responsible as I wasn’t aware of the internal tasking structure. First prescriptions were delivered with quite a few items missing. Went in for surgery and after being discharged telephoned and spoke to the same delivery guy who informed me they couldn’t deliver anything more to me and there was no outstanding medications to be fulfilled. Went to the pharmacy myself to collect missing blood thinning medications and the same guy seemed surprised that I had items outstanding. Also taking supplements which I had informed the staff on three different occasions of what flavours I have and the one flavour, Vanilla that I don’t like had been ordered in abundance. Decided to collect all outstanding medications and revert to my previous pharmacy who have never let me down. Would I recommend this NHS service. The answer is a big NO.
Had my covid jab here today, and the staff were absolutely excellent - they had to change their set-up because it was raining so hard but were very commutative with everyone waiting, friendly and professional. I definitely felt more at ease about the whole process and was in and out much quicker than expected.
