Ordered last night using the app (which wouldn't work for ages) tried calling the shop to check the delivery time and was told 15 minutes, almost a full hour later (after trying to phone the shop numerous times but no answer) my order was finally delivered. The parmesan box, which had clearly been sat for a long time was almost completely soaked through from the can of fanta inside the bag, the chips were freezing and Parmesan was barely warm. Sort your customer service out!

Ordered by the app the food came 2 hours late it was cold and they forgot the bottle of drink so I phoned they said going to deliver it not going to order again from them first time I've had a bad experience from them.

The last time I ordered from these the food was discusting the pizza 🍕 was doughy the meat 🍖 was tough to chew also the pizza 🍕 arrived cold these are the worst pizzeria takeaways in Redcar and no way will I be ordering from raphael/Parmesan house 🏡 ever again!! Raphaels is the most discusting takeaway ever!!! They have poor management and poor hygiene and they don't even wash their hands before prepping food 🥘 neither do they use gloves to prepare food 🥘 either that's gross I mean come on where's the common sense!!!!
