Takeaway Fish & Chip Shop with vegan options.nTravelled specifically to get a vegan fish Banana Blossom and chips, the food was cooked to order in the vegetable oil as they also have dripping fryers.nWaiting time was 20minutes, it was a busy time.nLarge portions and very tasty.nGreat to have a chip shop with vegan options.nRecommend for vegans who fancy a chippy dinner.
I took a chance after reading good reviews and was not disappointed. Clean , very good batter and good selection of sauces like curry and gravy. To up their game they should serve it with lemon and offer gherkins.
Been eating here for a few years now as they do the best gluten free fish and chips in the area. Carol normally serves me and she's always so thorough, and the staff who answer the phones to book in your order are attentive and always ask about allergies. The place is clean and bright, often busy but thats a good sign of quality and they tend to have plenty of staff onnnIt's advised to call ahead because of how busy they are, but you still have to queue when you get there as they don't have an express line.nnAll in all it's a great experience with great staff and wonderful food.
The best fish and chips we have had in a long time. We stumbled across the shop by chance and so glad we did. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a stones throw from Redcar beach. Carol is amazing so bubbly and chatty put me right at ease in a busy shop.nIf everyone was as cheerful as Carol then the world will be a better place.nAll the staff are hard working and professional.
