I would personally avoid using the app again for delivery. 3 separate issues in 4 orders. Mainly missing food, took an hour and a half to arrive when the estimate was 35mins. The help isn’t at all helpful, it’s designed to make you give up. If you call the store Staff have been told to just stone wall and refer to the ai app. What I don’t understand is how you can buy a burger for £8, not have it delivered and the only option is a £3 refund ? Crazy
Slow service, 20 minute wait and ... I dropped my wallet under the seat in the car in the drive through.nThere was not enough room to open the door to find it. We agreed I should drive out and walk back. I did as suggested. When I reached the window, the person there got a message to ask me to go inside which i did. When i got in there, someone tried to give me a long lecture on safety for doing as asked which was idiotic. Since the cars in the drive through are mainly stationary or moving at 2 mph, the risk of being run over is about zero which is also idiotic.nA poorly managed takeaway.
I have 2 disabled youngsters, regardless staff were brilliant, took order, brought hot fresh food to the table, without realising i had disabled youngsters, spoke to them appropriately and respected us all throughout our visit, the atmosphere inside this venue is the best ive ever experienced in any Macdonalds, thank you
This is hands down the best McDonald's in the area! Always fresh burgers, perfectly crispy fries, and super fast service. I order through the app and it’s ready every time. Highly recommend!
First time visitor to this branch of McDonald's. It seems to follow the exact same design of my local McDonald's in Cumbria. Decent food, decent service. There was a member of staff who was clearing tables who was particularly kind, She went out of her way on several occasions to help us by cleaning the table thoroughly, showing me where sauces were, etc. I've marked food and service as v. good. Couple of things I did notice was that there are a couple of disabled parking bays at this branch. They were clearly being used by people without blue badges and who weren't physically disabled. The bays are clearly marked but being misused. May seem niggly but the last thing disabled people need is their lives being made more difficult by the abled bodied being lazy. Otherwise a good experience.
