Was on the car park 3 minutes over, get a fine 2 weeks later sayin I have to pay 60 pound within a week or will go up to 100 pound. Ticket machines are faulty take you’re money an don’t give you a ticket ended up paying nearly 9 pounds for 3 hours put me right off going to Newquay again

Ripped off by these con artists. Paid a pay and display ticket and was back at the car before the time ran out. I haven't kept the ticket and weeks later I receive a fine from the parking eye. I have absolutely no intention of paying!!! Will not be appealing but rather stating. How the hell are they getting away with this?????

Rubbish Car Park be warned charged/timed from the moment you enter the car park to the moment you leave by camera there needs to be a leeway time way to find a place and leave a place in busy times. because there is not lee way in time to find a space and get a ticket the time given on your ticket will not be correct it will be that time printed minus the time in getting a place getting out of the car calming excited kids. discussing with your partner how long you are likely to be, finding the pay machine finding out how much this time will cost waiting in a queue if there is one finding change and working out how the machine works all this takes time and if you don't want a £100 ticket take this time off the leaving time yes the leaving the car park time which yes does mean you have to get back in time to pack up your car with kids shopping and beach things and line up in any queue to the exit and exit camera ELSE YOU WILL BE CHARGED £100 THERE NEEDS TO BE A MORE FLEXIBLE WAY IE 15 MIN BEFORE CHARGES AT THE LEAST IF CAMERA'S ARE TO BE USED

Total rip off. I received a parking charge notice and I didn't even park!! The car park was rammed full, so left after unsuccessfully being able to find a space. The so called notice's aren't that obvious and what car park doesn't allow time to park and leave it. Typical Cornish rip off, I have rapidly gone off the whole area. I will be appealing and asking for proof of me actually parking in a space and suggesting they have a Car park full sign when there are no spaces.

Awful. Parked, paid and displayed for 3 hours! Left within that time. However get a fine for not paying from Parking eye! Me and my friend in a second car, so we both know we paid the correct amount. Clearly not the only one! Gutted and will be appealing!
