The car park is close to Newquay harbour, and a short walk to Fistral Beach, and to the town centre of Newquay. The parking was free for the time of year that I visited which was a bonus, but this for only certain times of the year. The beaches nearby are all really nice. And there is plenty to choose from, and walk along. The views are really good, from the various vantage points.
We parked two cars here, one of which needed a wheelchair bay. Good spaces with plenty of room to manoeuvre around. We were close enough to walk to the town centre and beaches. The route to the harbour was very steep and we avoided it with the wheelchair. Reasonable charges for the location and free after 4pm so perfect for popping in to town for food after the beach.
Reasonable car park very close to Fistral beach. Also a short walk to Sainsbury's, town, aquarium and other areas of interest. Works out cheaper than other car parks. Only charges between 9am and 4pm.
Few minutes over the time limit, due to getting lost as tourists do, then got slapped with a £60 fine . No repeat business here - avoid at all costs.
Good car park out of the busy town areas. Best to download the JustPark app before you visit as makes life a lot easier.
Ideal long stay car park in Newquay. The app to pay was fiddly as it wouldn’t recognise my email despite the fact I was already registered. We payed £8.40 for 24 hours as we were there for 8 am as we knew we’d be longer than 4 hours which was £6.40. It’s free parking after 4pm. Not a large car park but felt the car was safe so no worries . Short walk down the hill to the beach at Fistral.
Great car park and free after 4pm which is a plus! We were fine getting a space but was mid week and was busy later in the evening probably due to it been free, can imagine it to be busy on a weekend as it’s not a massive car park. The just park app is very easy to use and fair prices, short walk down to the beach - would recommend over the main Fistral Beach carpark which is timed parking and many have received parking tickets from.
Easy to find,close to fistral beach and Newquay town centre .
Didn't wait too long for a space and 15 minute walk to the beach
Busy car park. Within walking distance of town and Fistral beach.
