Top notch service. On time and tidy vehicle. Got to the airport safely and on time. No extra charges, like some I've used in the past. Best value for money and know what they are doing.
We have always used Parkers Taxis everytime we go on holiday . They are there at your door on time and in plenty of time when you are going to Airport and they are there waiting outside when you come back . We wouldnt use anyone else and we would recommend Parkers Taxi to everyone .
Service from Ellesmere Port to Manchester Airport, pre booked and full confirmation from company via E-Mail, 3 days before departure. Company did not arrive at the agreed time 6:20am! Frantic phone call to Parker’s resulted in a very lengthy, unhelpful conversation. Operator accepted liability on transferring the wrong time from confirmation E-Mail, but unbelievably said I was at fault, as I’d not noticed the mistake on a text message they send out, just hours before the flight! Operator was very defensive on the mistake and did not offer any resolution to their error. Be mindful when booking for something as important as a scheduled departure. You may miss your flight.
Amazing service, we used Parker’s for our Christmas works do transport, worth every Penny. No messing around waiting for taxis the bus was where it was meant to be and on time.
I have used parkers on numerous occasions for airport runs, would highly recommend on time as they said, nothing is too much trouble
Telephoned for a taxi to and from an address in Ellesmere Port to be told they do not do local runs!!! Only airport run’s then why advertise as a local taxi firm.
