If I could give 0 stars I would! Booked a taxi for 9.30pm last night an hour in advance I booked this and was told it was all sorted. Got to 9.40pm taxi hadn't arrived so I rang to be told they are still trying to get me a taxi, I then said would it not of been a wise decision to tell me an hour ago so I could make alternative arrangements, I was then given a snotty remark and they hung up! I rang again, I was again hung up on. I had to find another way home thanks to this joke of a company. I would not recommend this taxi place at all, the staff are completely useless and need re training in customer service skills and to tell the truth when they have or haven't got taxis available!!!!
Driver who turned up to take me to work Had a different badge on display on the dash, very bad
No cabs available to book due to contract bookings for a weekday booking. If needed, may need to book well ahead, our fault for not planning in advance.
Does what it says on the sign, ie taxi.
