Used the app to book my airport taxi and had no problem. App was really simple to use. I was able to track my driver with the text back service and rate my journey. Cab arrived on time. Price was very reasonable, smart and clean vehicle and smoke free (not like other companies that say they are 'smoke free' but the drivers smoke in them when off duty!). Driver was extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely use the App and KingKabs again. :-)

Rang to book my taxi - friendly and helpful phone staff. Not familiar with the area but driver was extremely helpful and informative. I was able to track my driver with the text back service. Taxi arrived within 6 minutes. Price was good, car was clean. Thank you KingKabs - will be using you again when I need a taxi!

I moved from Ellesmere Port to Chester and i still receive the great service i always have. I get a KingKabs taxi everyday to work and always prompt, friendly and helpful. Both the Ellesmere Port and Chester branches are brilliant and never had a problem. I'd never think of changing to a different company, my go to for myself, friends and family.

My family and I have trusted and used KingKabs for over 40 years. KingKabs have been in Chester for all of my life and I have never had any issues with the service provided, they are prompt, efficient, the drivers are always friendly and assist, KingKabs are Chester's largest taxi service around & have always been nothing short of perfect. If you need a taxi look no further as no one within Cheshire can provide the service as good as KingKabs can.

Reliable Taxi's, quick service and helpful staff! Started using the app and had no problems, easy to use and user friendly. Able to track my driver with my text back and rate my journey. All great additions to the company and my journeys with Kingkabs
