Fast and kind service. We were stranded on the airport Gatwick, because we arrived with a terrible flight delay and at that time no trains were operative anymore. Therefore we needed a quick solution to get into London. Parker Car Services was quick to locate us a driver and guided us through the next steps such as payment, where we would be picked up, the ETA, etc.. As we waited we came up with other questions and called the service again, to which they responded with polite service again. The driver was very kind and took care of us and our luggage in a professional manner. He made sure we arrived at our hotel’s doorstep safely and asked us kindly whether we were satisfied with everything. Should we ever require a car service again, we will definitely contact Parker Car Services again.

We booked Parker Car Service for a Heathrow Terminal 5 drop off and pick up a week later, for 5 of us plus luggage. Easy to book and very impressive service. Polite and friendly staff who text you when on their way. Very punctual and were in the terminal to meet us on arrival. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again.

Well so far will give them 3 stars. 2 people I have spoken to have been very polite and helpful. Not had my first pick up yet. got one book vs there app. If pick up and ride is good I will update review. And star's

We booked Parker cars to take us to and from our wedding. They called a few hours before being picked up to confirm drop off locations etc, then about 10 minutes before being due to be picked up, we received a call from them saying that they can't take our booking anymore and cancelled. We were absolutely fuming and were left stranded before our wedding. What a way to ruin someones special day. Please don't waste your time using this company.

I don’t recommend this company for Heathrow meet and greet. I used this cab company once and won’t be using it again. Their driver didn’t turn up on time. My guest ended up waiting for him at the arrivals. Eventually they rang my guest saying that the car park was full and the cab can’t park; they asked him to head to the car park’s pick up point. I could have done that myself with Uber for less money and without my guest waiting at the arrivals. What’s the point of a meet and greet service if the driver doesn’t show up on time to meet and greet the passenger?

Have been using Par Car Services for several years getting family to / from Heathrow and occasionally Gatwick. Premium price and generally good service. However, arriving into LHR T5 this December 2022 flight was delayed. We were stuck on tarmac waiting a stand and another 30 minutes waiting to disembark. Bags were late. All that to say was that the company cancelled my booking after around 1 hr. 30 mins, charging me over 40 pounds likely we weren't yet at the gate at that point. Now these guys have multiple pick-ups at the airport every day - they know the level of delay and should be planning accordingly, for example dispatching the car later. I don't mind them sending a car early and charging waiting time but once I'd gathered my bag and exited there wasn't anyone there!! I called - they advised it would be an hour to get a car to me. I declined and took 2 buses to get home. End result is that I won't be using them in future. Uber is 1 Cheaper 2 Always on hand and 3 More reliable. So long Parker Cars and thanks for all the fish !

They used to be reliable but not anymore. I'm waiting for the Parker's Taxi to arrive. What’s the point of pre booking and paying extra if the car is not here until more than an hour after I land when all I have is hand luggage. This is the second time this has happened in 2 months. I might as well get an Uber.

Great service, excellent communication. SMS updates with real-time tracking. Driver was friendly and helpful, car was really clean and neat. Will definitely use them again!

Regular customer - booked and confirmed pick up at Ascot - email confirmation. Waiting for cab and told system cancelled it. No notification. Tried them again today and 2 hours to go 15 miles to Heathrow and driver gave no warning M4 was shut for roadwork although it was on his sat nav. No courtesy or care. Definitely not using this company again. Used them for 20 years and they have changed in last few months.
