Absolutely appalling level of service! The operator was incredibly rude to my husband, prices are almost double what the competitors charge as it was a last-minute booking we didn't have many options ,they don't honour their own quotes. The driver was on the phone throughout the entire journey! We were so tired after a long flight so it made our journey incredibly unpleasant! We won't be using them again

By far the best cab company I used during my recent stay in Twickenham. After I discovered them I used them 5 times, and wished I'd discovered them sooner. Very good on info, will let you know the reg of the car coming for you, which can be very useful in a busy situation. Can prebook online. Definitely recommend.

Avoid. My 2 taxis for 12 people were booked 2 weeks earlier. Rang day before to confirm. Then got e mail the morning of , saying taxis cancelled. Shocking service too late to find replacement. Avoid.. 400m Road closures been in place for years, and every rugby game. Hence call on Friday night, to confirm best place to be picked up. " 5 min walk in any direction would have been fine to be picked up.

Bats cabs are a great local taxi firm for Twickenham and the surrounding areas. I've pre-booked and used them to get me home from the West End late at night. The drivers have always been professional and friendly, with all details which car, where it's waiting texted in advance. Reasonably priced for the journey, which you can pay for in advance when booking. My go-to reliable local taxi firm.

Terrible service and even worst customer service. Called at 5pm to pre book a pick up at 6pm. At 6:05 I called the office. They told me it should be with you in 5m. Called every 5m got the same reply. The cab arrived at 6:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With no apologies and being informed the cab has been booked on their end at 6:20! Called the office and being told sorry we are busy! No apologies again . When I asked to talk to the Manager , they replied we don’t know when he will be in the office and he doesn’t have an email!

Booked online a cab to take us locally to Tesco for us to go to Rugby. I thought it would be best to use a firm locally to where I live - big mistake. Driver there complained about traffic and was trying to offload us before which was ridiculous as the 85 year old passenger obviously had mobility issues! They then cancelled our return journey without notice because they were “busy” due to rugby, leaving us stranded they told me they had emailed but despite receiving the confirmation of booking emails I never got that one!!! not even an offer of getting one in 1/2 hour or so. Thank heavens for Angel Taxis. I will never use or recommend Bats cabs again.

Please avoid this company , after booking a taxi a few days before it’s required and agreeing a price. I get a call, 1 hour before collection during a rugby game at twickenham to increase the cost by over 50% knowing I can’t get another firm this short notice. The driver even admits they increase booking costs for rugby days as well. Definitely not a company to recommend or Use again.

I have been using Bats for at least 25 years. They are my local service and are reliable and reasonably priced. We use them to go to Heathrow airport from our home in Twickenham

We used this service three times today to get to hospital and back. The drivers were punctual , helpful and courteous . I am very grateful to you and will use your taxis in the future

Great if you want the old school of contacting a cab office by ringing & not via an app. Most useful if you're booking on behalf of someone else.
