Used to be reliable and value for money - now they are expensive. I booked them one way today and tried to book a return and was told no drivers available at all as it's Eid! I booked another company to discover that Chariiots are £1.80 more expensive than the company I used for the return journey. Obviously not employing many non-Muslim drivers if no-one was available. £1.80 may not sound much but if that's on a short journey how much more do they charge for longer journeys. Used to be a regular customer - not now.
I came across one of their mini coopers on craigslist, then when i reached out I saw that they had many of them. Its hard to find clean older minis so I was glad to find these guys. We love our Mini and we haven’t had any issues with it. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a Mini Cooper.
horrible, shocking, below-par service!! never, ever going to call this sorry-excuse-for-a-minicab-service ever in my life again and I strongly insist you to do the same for the sake of your sanity. I have ordered a minicab 3 times and none of them have arrived on time. Partly because the "competent" operators had sent my cab to my destination causing me to miss my flight. TWICE!!!! The operators seem to hear one thing and type another.
We've used Chariot cars for trips to the airport and Eurostar pick-ups after late dinners in London, and just today a quick trip into town to pick up some furniture. Been using them for over a year now, and they've always been on time, friendly and dependable - never a problem. I've recommended them to friends and neighbours as well.
This company used to be my go-to cab company but we had an experience yesterday where the guy taking the call was disinterested, rude and unhelpful. Chariots - these employees are your first contact with your customers. Train them to be professional. I'm voting with my feet and taking my business elsewhere. BATS cabs helped us out instead and we had a great experience.
his company needs to be avoided!I called last Tuesday to book a taxi for the next day as I needed to get to Kingston Hospital for a procedure and the guy that made my booking didn't even take my postcode!!I wanted to give it to him and said is no need...which was weird.Next day got a text saying my taxi was here but wasnt and had to call them just to find out that the driver was at a different address,they said they will be there in 5-10 mins but there were over 15 mins,was 8 AM so the traffic was terrible so of course,I was late .AND on top of everything else,they told me at the phone that would be £12.00 but the driver said is £14.50,when I asked how come he was like :'oh well...they did get your address wrong,so is more'...WHAT A HORRIBLE WAY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!I should have avoided this company after reading reviews on the google page but thought'eh,can't be that bad'..yes! it is THAT bad!No apology either.And! lots of fake comments from customers on their page,what a joke!
Truly awful service. Rang at 11:30 on a Saturday night and was told it would be 15 minutes. 1 hour and 10 minutes later it arrived. I kept ringing up and being told that it would be with me in 5 minutes. I will never use them again!
Service has gone downhill, driver turned up 30 minutes late and immediately said "It's not my fault I'm late. They gave me bad information." Never asked him why, plain rude. Do not use for airport pick ups
Had excellent service today when I needed to get to Kingston hospital in a hurry. Very helpful, good, efficient driver.
Great service. From pick up to destination. It's always a worry, but these guys put our minds at rest. .
