Clean spacious showroom with area outside to display cars. Met with polite and courteous staff who asked what car would fit my needs. Went knowing what car I wanted and bought it there and then. Straightforward contract to sign and was out within 20 minutes.
Good Covid19 measures in place. Booked car in for service - recieved health check video which showed me nothing at all, just a quick run around the 4 wheels,front back n sides of car. Poor video quality n pretty poor sound. After service I went to drive car away n noticed my dash cam had been disconnected . Can only assume service lads did this for privacy but they should have reconnected this for me as dash cam fitted for accident insurance purposes. Not too happy about that.
Attempted to have an engine warning light investigated. Car still under warranty Told I would have to leave the car all day for diagnostic then bring it back another day for any repair. Informed that if the diagnostic revealed something not covered by warranty a charge of £50 would be applied I am assuming over and above the charge on any repair. No courtesy car available although probably 100 plus vehicles on display. No pick up drop off offered either. Took the car to another Citroen dealer immediate offer of quick while you wait appontment. DISAPPOINTED !!!!
