Hotel is well appointed and easy to find - clean and spacious. Rooms have the expected amenities. The biggest advantage to the hotel is the staff - greeted by fun, friendly and professional reception staff Matthew, Alex & Marie Ann who made the check in process personal and really friendly. Full of useful information about how to get about and just made me feel welcomed as a guest to the hotel.
I had a wonderful experience at Park Regis Indus Restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service from Franco and Frankie. They were attentive, warm, and made sure every detail of my visit was perfect. Their hospitality truly enhanced my dining experience.nnI’d also like to thank Manjot at reception, who welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism. Her friendly greeting set a positive tone for the evening.nnThe entire team made my visit memorable, and I highly recommend Park Regis Indus for both the food and the incredible staff.
Great hotel and a great location with walking distance to town centre and local attractions. The riverbank is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel and has a variety of restaurants to suit anyone's taste. There are many bars and clubs nearby for a great night out.nThe hotel has its own parking which you have to pay for but discounted if you stay there. I believe its discounted by 50% and the car park is accessible using your car registration which is activated by the hotel reception.nThe hotel has its own restaurant which serves Indian food.nBreakfast is great and has variety nOverall a great stay
Despite few disappointments from the room and hotel in general, the service and attention from Alex at the reception, and the rest of the staff was spotless.nVery kind and helpful, He made a difference with the stay at Park Regis Birmingham.nThank you Alex :nnMilan at the restaurant been very helpful too.nnFinally Bohman, the Guest relation manager was incredibly helpful and solved everything.nThe customer service before, during, and after was amazing.nThks again Park Regis Birmingham Team.nnJennifer:
I stayed at the hotel for two nights, I had an absolutely amazing experience. The room that I stayed in was really nice, clean, comfortable and spacious! The room and dining service were excellent and so helpful! All the members of staff were incredible especially Levi, Michelle and Christina!nI highly recommend the Park Regis Hotel Birmingham, it will definitely be my go to place to stay whenever I’m in Birmingham!
