i know there is a phone waiting time,but i have always found the receptionists helpfull in every way and the doctors are very thorough do not forget we have a vast poulation now well done park medical thank you all

It says open at 8 so made 47 calls so fsr and its 8.29. If phone dont open till a certain time then this needs to be chsnged on your website. I have a log in to do online but tried to rwgister 3 times and says details arnt recognised😣

WOW! Never encountered such rudeness and attitude  in my life. I called up because they had not sent all of my medical records to my new GP which we urgently need and receptionist was rude and aggressive on the phone.

Completely useless GP practice.. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful, the GPs just try to avoid meeting with patients and if they have to they just fobbing them off. My wife has some kind of stomach problem and all they done in the past 4 years is to advice her to drink more cranberry juice... The problem is still the same after many boxes of juice.... I have an ear problem, in the last 3 years all I was given is a nose spray, other times the receptionists sent me home. There is no point to register here, you won't be looked after, you will be fobbed off all the time. If you care about your health, better look for a more decent one. That is what we are doing now.

Phone queue was 25 minutes but then I was told there was a fault in the system because there was no actual queue! Receptionists rude and told me off for requesting an emergency prescription - basically told I was being a nuisance and it was all my own fault for being disorganised! I said it was to prevent my seizures. They said 'lots of people are waiting not only you!'
