So I asked Parklane to quote for a new door early in July and head of sales Paul came to visit. Very knowledgeable and confident he could have it done in 4 to 8 weeks. paid fair price for a quality product but these doors are not cheap but we are delighted with the outcome. the fitters were excellent and had it done in 4 hours ,very tidy and detailed in there work. highly recommend this company. good job guys.

Park Lane were fantastic from start to finish. The staff are so knowledgeable and can offer recommendations based on personal experience, which was very useful. There are plenty of payment options to help manage the cost. We ordered our doors and had them fitted the following month, so the turn around was very quick even over Christmas. The installers fitted two new doors in a few hours, and left the house spotless. Our new doors are of fantastic quality and look wonderful. Thank you to all the team @ Park Lane Windows.
Highly recommend this company. Had both an external kitchen door and garage door replaced. My dealings with the salespersons and the surveyor who came some weeks later, and then the installer some weeks after that was overall a delightful and professional experience. The main office were also really friendly and made it all a seamless process. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. I wasn't expecting the doors to look so good! I also changed my mind on a couple of design features I had originally chosen, and this was no problem at all for them, and it did not affect the cost. I paid the deposit on the day of the initial appointment with the salesperson. Then paid the rest upon completion by calling through to the office myself after inspecting the work on the day of installation. Once the work is completed, you are given a checklist which they provide for you to inspect the work which has been carried out. You tick the boxes and sign and it's all done! I found that to be very useful and a thorough process. I could not be happier with my choice to get new doors with this company!
We have had the pleasure of having Park Lane windows come out to our house on two occasions now. Once just as covid hit and again earlier this year. They are so professional and helpful and so easy to communicate with. All our windows and all but one door has been replaced by themselves and we are so delighted with the workmanship they have done for us. Would recommend highly. Regards Paul and Lisa
Park Lane Windows are friendly, efficient and good value. Excited waiting for delivery soon! Will update when they get here. We had 3 windows supplied in the summer and were so happy that we went back for 2 more. Jordan is helpful & knows the product range. We got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Totally recommend Park Lane Windows. A great little local company.
I have used Park Lane Windows Ltd on several occasions in the past. Their workmanship is always of the highest quality and from start to finish are very clean and tidy. I have never had cause to complain and would strongly recommend them for all doors and window installations.
We’ve just had four French doors and five windows replaced in three days. Excellent workmanship, very clean and tidy, hardly any surrounding paintwork touch ups needed, minimal disruption to our home. Highly recommended.
They replaced all my window, my front and back door, and installed a beautiful glass ceiling in my kitchen. Team was very professional, left the place clean, and worked with the other tradesmen on scheduling. We had a minor issue with leaking several months later, and they came out right away and fixed it. Couldn't recommend more!
Excellent service from start to finish. Park lane were professional, reliable and excellent on pricing. We are really happy with our new georgian flush fit windows.
