Called in the morning to check out our reservation and I got told that we could check in at 4.

When we arrived they had lost our reservation and when we showed the confirmation emails from when we booked and payed the manager said she couldn't do anything about it as there was someone else in where we booked and they had no where else for us.

After a while of arguing they found somewhere for us to stay which was meant to be an upgrade. It was our only option apart from it cost £500 more. Luckily one of the other staff members took £300 off for us. 

When we got the the 'upgrade' it turned out the only upgrade was the price. It was so much worse then what we had originally booked and was practically falling apart.

I wouldn't even give this place a star due to shutting a club at 10.30 and they don't even give a full nite entrainment. Can't play in the pool. I would never use a park resorts again
