I have been a client of Sharon Micuta for around 16 months now - Sharon came highly recommended by members of the Berkshire social care domestic abuse program because of her understanding of family law. From our first interaction; Sharon was professional, proactive and very knowledgeable - she knew the importance of putting in place protective orders for my daughters and I at a time when I was daunted and overwhelmed. Her advice and genuine care was crucial to me at this enormously difficult time.  Since then, Sharon has worked tirelessly to support me in navigating a very complicated case - providing consistent and reliable counsel that has delivered the best possible outcome for my daughters and I. I cannot recommend Zanariah and the team at Parfitt Cresswell Windsor enough. Getting divorced is highly emotional and needless to say a challenging time. She always explained everything to me in layman's terms and always carefully went through all my options and reassuring me through the whole process. As well as being very responsive and knowledgeable, she is extremely personable and I felt like she really cared about what I was going through. Dealing with Sharon Micuta about such a complex and serious matter was a very pleasant experience , remaining professional but at the same time friendly.

I found my experience when dealing with Parfitt Cresswell Windsor a very disappointing one. On the firms initiation, I was contacted in January 2021 to finalise the estate of an elderly relative. I have not been kept informed of progress made at any stage, during the last 18 months, and been unable to speak to the relevant people dealing with the case. Telephone calls have not been returned on numerous occasions - pretty rude by any standards. Fees were never discussed and were certainly not comparable to the service that I received. I'm sure that this level of client care isn't indicative of the whole firm, but was certainly the case with the 2 members of staff that I had limited communication with, so would therefore not recommend on any level.

Getting divorced is highly emotional and Zanariah at Parfitt Cresswell made me feel very comforted during an extremely challenging time. She explained everything to me in layman's terms and always carefully went through all my options, with always offering me the right advice. The offices have a family feel to them and I would highly recommend them to anyone going through something similar.

I am writing this to share my experiences of working with Parfitt Cresswell as a firm and in particular my solicitor, Sharon Micuta.  My divorce is finally coming to a close now but it has taken well over a year to get this far. I can honestly say without Sharon’s expertise and ‘Going the extra mile’ attitude to assisting me, I would have been totally lost in this stressful process long ago.  Sharon has always been on hand to guide me through the labyrinth that is family law. My priority has always been making sure my dependants are looked after appropriately during and after the divorce itself. Whether in a face to face consultation, over the phone or on email, Sharon has always given me great guidance without ever forgetting that I am the client and I have choices. She was also always mindful that I had a limited budget.  Many times, our conversations were in depth and complicated whereas on other occasions they may have been nothing more than a reassuring chat - either way, I always felt much better about things after speaking with Sharon.  The case ultimately went to court with Sharon and her excellent choice of barrister being supportive and clear on the process at every step.  I can not recommend Sharon and Parfitt Cresswell highly enough for anyone facing the tough journey through financial separation.

I have had first class service from Parfit Cresswell. Sarah Reynolds and Alison Courtney supported myself and my family during my father's probate. Alison then did an excellent job sorting out the trust for my family. I felt things were very well explained and dealt with in a professional manner. Jade Saward has been involved with the selling of two properties and the buying of one. Again I received wonderful service. I would thoroughly  recommend Parfitt Cresswell.

Clear and extensive information on all the options available to us, which addressed our complex needs.

I would like to express my thanks to Sarah Reynolds for the very professional and compassionate way in which she took ownership of the sorting out of my father-in-law’s estate and taking me through the various stages of probate. Sarah was always prepared to go that extra mile to help me, for which I am most grateful. I am delighted that Parfitt Cresswell are my Solicitors and have no hesitation in recommending them.
