Have been dealing with them recently to re-mortgage, send out way too many individual letters, do not make it clear what you need to do and although in our case we have sent docs recorded delivery they claim not to receive them (for the 3rd time), which is worrying considering the personal nature of the documentation sent. I would strongly advise them moving to a DocU sign method or a portal method where you can complete the process online and not spend fortunes on sending everything in the post time and time again.

Do not touch this place Absolutely disgusting customer service, shocking call center staff and absolutely useless as a solicitor. Avoid at all costs Anyone wishing to here my full story im happy to share my full complaint. This is going to the financial ombudsman, and the solicitors regulation authority Well Done Gordons 👍🏻

Everything that was needed to be done was done with efficiency, accuracy and great customer service. A stated contact was available to me whenever I had questions, queries or comments. I was able to contact them at any time and they readily gave me the necessary information and / or instruction. I would highly recommend Gordons Property Lawyers.

Extremely disappointed by the service provided and the errors made by the case handlers which resulted in our completion date being delayed. . There was no attention to detail, emails sent with the wrong salutation, when you contacted your case handler you were told she is on holiday but emails were sent from her email address on the supposed dates she was away, no timely follow up with lenders/updates provided to us. Unfortunately we had to use them being a requirement of the lender and whilst we have paid for their inefficient service via the lender, their stance on their errors relies on the lender being their client and not us, the fee paying clients, who instruct them via their engagement letters. Incredibly poor service from our case handlers and when concerns were raised nothing done to rectify them as the lender is their client, not us. Staff clearly need to be trained and lessons learnt, customer service is key, but this has not been the case from our experience with them.

We used Gordons Property Lawyers recently for a remortgage. I found them extremely efficient. They dealt with our case surprisingly quickly while maintaining a high professional standard. I would definitely recommend Gordons to others, and would also look to them in the furure if we were to ever remortgage again or move house.
