Pardoe E & Son

Went to three other shoe repair businesses trying to get a pair of shoes re-soled. All told me the shoes were too far gone. The chap at Pardoe’s didn’t see it as a problem and they have done an excellent job. These people are clearly experts in their field. I’ll definitely be using them again in future.

Brilliant and very high quality old fashioned shoe repairs. Nothing is too much trouble! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my shoe repairs. Also repairs other goods... repaired my briefcase handle recently and did a great job. Can't recommend highly enough!

I needed new heals on one pair of men's shoes, and full sole and re-heal on another. They were able to re heal the shoes I was wearing, but at 4.30pm it was reasonable that they couldn't complete the bigger job whilst I was there. They offered to do them and post them on, which they did. Smashing job on both pairs, I'm really pleased with the result, no stuck on soles here, well stitched and made a good old pair last a few more years. Despite the distance from home (250 miles) I would happily use them again in a heartbeat. Quality traditional craftsmen at their best!
