There is no way that this company have any real five stars. Be warned. These are cowboys and will scam you. I am having to go to court for my money back. Do not believe what they say. The car was not what was advertised and trading standards are involved. Please do a company check to see if there are ccjs outstanding. That will tell you enough.

I bought my Audi A3 Cabriolet from Paramount a year ago. I did have some problems but I thought they went to good efforts to sort them out for me. I have to say I was dubious, I might be being a bit of a snob but the place comes across a bit 'dodgy' and there were a few things that I wasn't happy with on the car i.e. a little bit of scratched paint work. However they promised to get the paint work done for me if I bought the car and they did as promised, to a very good standard. On the day I went to pick it up, unfortunately I got there and one of the young lads working for them had accidently flooded the convertible roof switch by using too much water when giving it a clean and they couldn't get it to work. They called their mechanic and tried to fix it whilst I was there but couldn't get the part to fix it as the parts dealer was closed. They promised to fix it and deliver it to my house, an hour and a half away, a few days later - and they delivered as promised. Just a couple of weeks after having the car though, I had problems with the glow plug light coming on and the car going into limp mode. I'll be honest, I thought oh great here we go(!) I can't say that I had a good experience with Shaun from this point, he seemed to avoid my calls, but from then on I dealt with a man who said he was the owner and he did everything he could. He travelled an hour and a half to my house with his mechanic friend to come and look at the car, and they seemed to fix it. However a couple of days later, the same problem came back. They offered to fix it for free if I could bring it back to Dewsbury to them which I agreed to do and I left it with them for a couple of days. It turned out to be a problem with the fuel filter and they fixed it and then met me half way in Doncaster to return it to me. Since then I have never had a problem with it, it drives like a dream and I love it. The only other problem I had was when I didn't receive the log book, I chased the DVLA and they didn't know anything about me owning the car so I had to pay the DVLA £35 to have it put into my name without a log book. When I spoke to Paramount they said they sent the new owner section of the log book off to the DVLA, but suspected they probably didn't. However weighing everything up, with the problems I encountered, most of which I felt were not their fault, I thought that they went to a lot of effort to make sure I was a happy customer and to this day, I am glad I bought the car from them.

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from these guys at Paramount fine cars and found the experience amazing! It's wasn't a complicated experience like I thought it was going to be and would definitely recommend them to friends and family! All round great experience!

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa from these guys and it was a great transaction from start to finish. Having travelled over 100 miles to get there, we were offered refreshments by the staff at the dealership and they paid attention to our requirements. Great customer service and great aftercare service, pleasure dealing with them and would recommend them to others.

Bought my wife a car for Christmas. Needed it fast and in secret. Car was delivered as arranged, some snagging issues with the car quickly resolved straight away. Good guys.
