DISHONEST DEALER! Extremely disappointed with this car dealer (and I quite honestly suspect it's not even a company, but an individual who falsely advertises himself as one).

I went to see a Vauxhall Insignia today, which was supposed to be absolutely impeccable both inside and out, have tires in perfect condition. There was NOBODY on spot when I arrived so I inspected the car myself. I called again and this individual said he'd arrive in 5 minutes, but needless to say, he NEVER showed up. Yep. We just left.
The condition of the car was NOT 'impeccable' at all. The tires had holes, the wrap was chipped, and its condition was really poor. VERY FRUSTRATING AFTER DRIVING ONE HOUR TO THE LOCATION!
Just look at the first 2 screenshots of the ad, so you can see what the car was supposed to look like as compared to the reality!!! The next photos were taken on the spot so you can see the faults of the car!

I was also rather appalled at their way of treating you. I called several times, and each time the person I spoke to was phlegmatic, unfriendly, and totally disgusting. He'll make you feel you're some kind of intruder. HORRIBLE!

I suspect he's using a sort of tactic which implies the dealer not to be on the spot when you arrive. The cars can be inspected without any assistance from him, so if you arrive and you're happy with your chosen car, you call him and he can come and close the deal. If not, then you just leave. He won't be there to witness your displeasure, and will save himself a journey and the effort as well.

MY WARNING: Read all of the above, look at the photos, and STEER CLEAR from them. Honestly, they're scamming people -- the cars aren't as advertised at all! AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY (AND TRAVEL EXPENSES)!

DO NOT TRUST. Car sold was dangerous with a list of faults showing up after a closer inspection they didn't want To know forcing legal action to be taken.
