I am appalled by the service I received from Blue Sky Yorkshire. I paid a holding deposit on 21/3/18 with an agreement with Karl that the MOT will be done and it will ready for collection on Saturday 24/3/18. I rang at 10.30 on 23/3 for confirmation of the above only to be told by Jamal that the car will not be ready; it did not go through the MOT. He appeared to have no sense of customer care. There was no apology. When I said I was disappointed with their service I was told " Don't be disappointed, be happy it's only a £500 car". I went on to explain my urgent circumstances, that they wasted my time and asked him why no one had called me to at least let me know when they knew on the 21st that the car failed the MOT. There was still no apology. Stay away from Blue Sky Yorkshire.

Dreadful, learn from my experience and AVOID . I believe they ignore Consumer Rights Law, knowing if they don't refund you that things can be really difficult/awkward and you just might not be able to pursue it. Had to take the full legal route to try to get my money back £2,200. Assured car was checked and in good condition, drove less than an hour’s journey and the noise from engine was too worrying to continue driving, contacted them straight away that day. Repeatedly told to use warranty – which is not for faults present at time of purchase, so not covered. I had to pay a reputable independent garage to inspect the car and do a report, I sent them a copy of the report which showed that the main faults were extremely significant, there at point of purchase and would cost well in excess of the warranty amount anyway. Finally, they said for me to drive it over there for them to take a look at it. No confidence in quality or safety of their checks/repairs after dealings with them by now and not driving faulty car on motorway there, advised them they can collect car at any time where they would have then seen for themselves. Contract paperwork signed on Dream Autos Mirfield, a google search of this, their previous company, linked to concerning bad reviews too.They will probably respond to this review with a load of rubbish like they look to have done with other complaints.

Not really very amusing to deal with such people. I happened to see an advert on auto trader about a category N Corsa which had an attractive advert. After making all arrangements and getting the dealers details I had to travel the following day with the intention of buying the car. On my arrival I was shown a different car also a category vehicle which had a different price. High price this time. When I asked about the advertised vehicle the gentleman who was on site stated that the car was not yet on their stock. Also said it was a trial advert. He wasn't even clear on what he was saying. After having wasted my time and fuel to do business with them this gentleman did not even show any remorse of any inconvenience caused by their false advertising . Watch out for such business people.

Really good service car was as described and a good price. Even picked me up from the bus station.
