A cool plant base pub with an interesting design and a ceiling filled with hanging dulls. I ordered their lucky BBQ platter, some of it was alright some of it not so much. the creamy red slaw was nice just missed a bit of salt, same go for the parsley and potato salad. unfortunately their house steak and southern fried seitan were extremely dense and hard to cut & chew and the sauce was really strong and sweet. as for the corn it taste good but for some reason it was served cut with it's very hard middle part attached which made it uneatable. I think my favorite part was the pickles but probably not a dish I would order again. the service was nice and considerably fast

The best Mac and Cheese we've EVER had... Vegan or dairy! The staff are great, the environment is very welcoming, and there is a vast choice of drinks to have... Alcoholic or non-alcoholic! Definitely going here again the next time we visit Edinburgh

Really liked this place! It has good cocktails and local beers. The food is great too! I feel its a pop up kitchen as you order food from a QR code on the table via a website. All the food is vegan but you can add dairy cheese if you want. Couple of down sides. If you get seated in the main middle room the seats and tables are far too small. I'm 5 foot 7 and struggled to fit in the space provided. Service was a bit slow and the table wasn't ready for 20mins but this was on a Saturday night but none of this really impacted on a great night.

A cool and quirky place with tasty burgers and lots of drinks to choose from. I don't know if others have experienced this or if we just missed it, but we didn't realize fries were included with the burgers... so we ordered both burgers and a dirty fries each. Which was a lot of food! But everything was delicious.

Ordered a lucky chicken burger and a rib sandwich with a side of slaw and fries salted with cheese. Both burgers were delicious and the slaw was pretty good. The fries were dry and unsalted with burnt/ dry cheese on top would pass on these Burgers on point!

We had chipotle Mac n cheese and BBQ platter. The food was just average. The vegan beef steak and fried chicken were all made of vital wheat gluten tasted like and tasted quite similar. Corn ribs were good though. Mac and cheese was not cheesy enough and neither had chipotle flavour. The atmosphere was good though.

Really cool place and atmosphere! Amazing vegan food - very very big portions! Be warned! Don't let your eyes make you order all the food: you won't be able to finish it! My favourites were the buffalo cauliflower and the Mac and cheese! So so good! My partner preferred the dirty chili fries.

Best Vegan food that we had during our time at the Edinburgh fringe festival. Right outside some of the main venues as well! Would thoroughly recommend the Steak Frites! Incredible! We enjoyed it so much that we went back multiple times!

I just ate here and was truly blown away. Despite living in a part of the UK swamped with vegan restaurant options Bristol, and having travelled all over the globe for work, I think this is the best vegan restaurant I've come across globally! The menu is huge, and varied. Whilst many places find something they do well, focus on that and then do variations of it, this is a full blown multi-style menu and all 4 of the dishes we ordered were top tier! Between us we shared Mac n cheese, southern fried seitan, dirty chilli cheese fries, and padron peppers. Each dish was super delicious, really well cooked and of a generous portion size! I'd also mention that this is the first time I've had padron peppers outside of Spain when it's actually been done properly and they were fantastic. In addition to the food, we ordered two cocktails which aren't listed on the menu caipirinha and Moscow mule and without battering an eyelid they made them both perfectly. Can't recommend this place enough. Not only was their food and drink simply amazing, the atmosphere was great and the staff were both professional and friendly! Great plant based/veggie place! Loads of options on food and drink. Has an outdoor sitting option where you can enjoy the sun and if it's rainy they pull over a cover or you can head inside with a lovely decor. Order of food is done with a QR code at your table
