Melanie gave me a session on baby massage, yoga and reflexology. She helped me work my baby's feet and we practised some baby yoga to help with digestion. He's been a very happy baby since and we've been doing the exercises daily. Will book in for more and highly recommend!
Melanie is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very Covid aware and I felt safe and relaxed during my reflexology session. I have since had no needle acupuncture for pain and Melanie was brilliant doing an online session explaining how it works and getting me to find the areas she had pre marked on hand photos. This has helped me manage pain that I have been suffering for more than 6 months. Thanks Melanie and see you soon.
Desperate to find help in combating nerve pain I booked a reflexology session with Melanie. After the first session I had a pain free and undisturbed night’s sleep, the first in several months and was delighted to feel much better generally after the first appointment. Although much improved, the pain did not go away altogether and in a subsequent reflexology session, Melanie gave helpful suggestions as how to manage the pain and some exercises to carry out which also made a difference. I can certainly recommend the experience which is very relaxing but most importantly beneficial in restoring good health. Thank you, Melanie. Looking forward to the next session!
I would highly recommend. I went to Melanie for one to one pregnancy yoga & pregnancy reflexology. It really helped me during my pregnancy from morning sickness relief to pelvic pain, Melanie tailored each session to my needs & helped with relaxation & breathing exercise.
Dr Melanie Jones is one of these rare people in life that you would almost pay for her time just to talk to you and hear her wisdom, but for Acupuncture and Reflexology, Dr Jones has made a really positive impact on my life. Reflexology is just amazingly relaxing, but I have picked up so many tools that will help me feel better. Highly recommend.
Melanie is an expert in reflexology and other complimentary treatments. I first came to her for maternity massage in Kemnay and since then I have had hand and feet massage, head massage and also attended her baby yoga classes at Queens Cross Church. Melanie has been indispensable in helping me manage my mood and also bond with my baby. I would recommend Melanie wholeheartedly to everyone who needs a bit of help with pain, their mood or their baby.
I needed some vestibular migraine relief and amazingly Melanie - local to where I was staying - provided just what I'd wished for and more. Not only was the facial-reflexology helpful, it was also a new experience for me. I found it very relaxing and most of all de-stressing, which given my symptoms was exactly what I was looking for. Melanie was extremely knowledgeable throughout the session, and her practice space was soothing and I felt at home at once. Our lengthy discussions about my symptoms, along with Melanie's treatment itself, made me feel I was in the right hands. She also offered some excellent acupressure and yoga advice, so I could carry on treating myself whilst at home. I'll certainly be back when I'm in the area again. Thank you, Melanie!
When is a facial not a facial? When it is Face Reflexology at Paradise Clinic. 90 minutes of pure bliss working 1000 year old ayurvedic marma points on the head face and neck with tridoshic facial oil. My first face reflexology was so therapeutic and my skin glowed afterwards, and felt soft hydrated, rejuvenated due to the unique face massage and Hot oil kansa Wands. A unique experience I would definitely recommend. It will be going on my present list for the future. I will be back.
I joined Melanie’s Yogabirth pregnancy yoga class at around 16weeks. I found it a great class to go to. So welcoming, full of very useful antenatal advice, relaxation, and it really helped me prepare for what was ahead during my pregnancy and the birth. I actually found it prepared me far better than the NHS antenatal classes which don’t seem to go into breathing or Labour techniques anymore. Birth yoga really helped with relaxation and I always looked forward to the 2 hours each week to relax and unwind, even when 2 weeks overdue.
For total relaxation and stress relief go to see Melanie at the Paradise Clinic - reflexology facial - wonderful - my skin looks and feels great afterwards - had best nights sleep for a while and my sinuses feel clearer - I would highly recommend you pay a visit! You will feel chilled as soon as you walk in the door - lovely relaxing ambience.....
