We love Paper Palace. Every room in our house has wallpaper purchased from them. Andy and his parents are really helpful, friendly people. There is an amazing selection of papers. We always go for good quality which stands the test of time. We have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Walked into the shop and kindly ask the shop assistant if they sold wallpaper! She replied with "No sorry we don't", even though it says wallpaper on the shop singh. I had a feeling they judged me by my skin colour or the way I was dressed thinking I wouldn't be able to afford what the offered. Would not recommend

Excellent service. Had a problem with a roll of paper (not the shops fault) and they sorted it straight away. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Went in here today with my mother who had previsouly bought wallpaper from here at £40+ a roll for her living room. She was looking for wallpaper for her hallway today, asked the man at the counter wether they had an floral or vintage looking paper his reply was 'depends what your wanting to pay, because I dont want to waste my time showing you'. Disgusting customer service, she has now found wallpaper from an online supplier. No wonder local business' like this are closing down when run my people like this!
