So I’ve been coming to this restaurant for quite a few years in the past 6 to 8 months the food has not been as good as what it usually is really hope I haven’t change the chef and if so fetch back the old one it was a lot better cook. Disappointing
Food was average. Not great. The bar staff were lovely, but the waiting staff weren't very attentive. And not much regarding warm atmosphere. 2/10 Parking: Had to park on a residential street. Car park at rear is confusing whether the signs say we can use or not. Icy conditions made it difficult to navigate too.
We have been to papa Luigi’s Euxton previously and is usually great. We ordered a calzone pizza which was tasty but unfortunately when we ordered a chocolate fudge cake for dessert I was greeted with a hair, which was not particularly great. However, the staff dealt with this great, offering another dessert free of charge and lemonchello. Although this happened, I would recommend papa Luigi’s to anyone in the area.
Was ok no problems at all. Just wasn't as good as we were hoping. Think it is more of a cheap n cheerful type of place now. Not as good as it was years ago when I last went. Would I recommend or go back? Nah sorry, maybe in another 20 years, there are far better in the area that I would go to and recommend. Good luck x Ps remind the kitchen staff that customers don't wanna hear all the banging racket when dining sounded like someone was excessively beating the living daylights out of a steak or smashing ice
Our first visit didn't have the wow effect I expected. It took an age to give our order, yes its a busy place and we had drinks in minutes, but taking the order 40 mins is to long. The food was very good, we had to complain about the garlic bread , so thin it was like toast, way to thin and over cooked. Didn't get a refund. The 6 of us had 3 bottles of wine. We expect more from this very popular place. Sorry not rushing back here
Staff were lovely. Had Christmas menu. Starters were delicious but mains not so. Beef strips and vegetables was just stew. Chicken stroganoff was frozen chicken strips. Wish I had ordered from main menu. We booked a table for 8pm and wasn't seated until 9.30pm the place was packed and very noiseyFood: 4/5
Issuing parking fines now! Not really good for business Edit: £100 fine for 2 minutes parking while I went into the chippy which I’ve done for 10 years! This is how you alienate the local community who are your customers, not very intelligent

Great value for money early bird 3 course special, chicken slightly dry sure this a one of don't let this put you off.
