£8.50 for a sub standard mixed Kebab. Worse than poor. Lamb inedible.
Always been a regular customer here. Ordered tonight for collection at 17.56. Confirmation to pick up at 19.11. OK they must be busy. Collect at said time only to see receipt states food had been ready for 1 hour therefore is cold. Went to complain and told its my fault for being late. How can I be late if I went at 19.10. He said I should ignore the collection time. Wouldn't do anything about it . Well you've lost yourself a good customer.
I am a regular customer here and the excellent taste of the pizzas never disappoint ! Definitely the best takeaway I've ever been too
Waiting for pizza 1h 30 min and after calling them they have the arrogance to said is already delivered. This is how they respect there clients..... very bad

Waited 90mins for order to arrive, when I phoned up to see why it was delayed I was told very abruptly that they were busy. I also pointed out that I had been charged £2 for delivery and service and was told I hadn't and then the person hung up the phone. When my order arrived I showed the driver my receipt to prove I had been charged and he told me he knew I had because it was on his copy of the receipt. Due to the attitude of the staff I wouldn't use them again which is a shame because the food was quite good.
Love this place. The food is always delicious. Sometimes it does take a but longer for delivery but I think its because they are so busy and popular. I love their Shish Kebab best one I have ever tried. Staff are very friendly too.
Ordered from Oliva and within 40 minutes our meals were at the door, hot, brilliant food at a quick delivery with no delivery charge. will definitely be ordering again!

I've used this fast food restaurant for years.when It opened it was excellent, it was fast tasty and good value. Recently the last meals have been sub standard to say the least to the point where I said I wouldn't use them again.i decided to give them another chance but once again the meal was poor.the service is good and delivery is fast but I think the quality of the ingredients is of a poor standard this time I ended up not eating the kebab because of the quality of the donner nearly had my fillings out.
