I ordered a full chicken from the one in wigan and was served burnt chicken. I could not even eat it because it was very bitter. I called and the person who picked was very rude. Terrible food, terrible staff.
A longstanding customer who has just has a very unsatisfactory experience.nnThey have cut the the amount of items in their chicken buckets but haven't updated the Foodhub app to reflect this.nn18 spicy wings received when you select 24 in the app- they are claiming fault on the menu which is their responsibility to check. Also only 8 of some items received in the Boneless Bucket when you select 12 in the app.nnIt is of course their prerogative to cut the amount in the buckets but they should be clear about this so that you can form a view on value for money. It isn't value for money at the new amounts by the way as they have also increased the prices. There are better deals out there.nnI found them dismissive when I contacted on the phone to discus.nnNo way to treat a regular customer and I won't use them again.nnAvoid.
Ordered at 5.50pmnSome food arrived at 6.20pmnIncorrect order was delivered, some items delivered were cold, other items missing, some items sent to us incorrectly. I called immediately and was told it would be corrected, 2 hours later still not corrected. Husband called them, man who answered the phone was swearing at him multiple times and repeatly put the phone down on him. Horrific customer service!
Great menu, great prices. Delivery was slow but the food was delicious. Will definitely be ordering again!nnMy second order has been the best yet! It arrived more than 20 minutes earlier than the expected time on just eat. Food was amazing!
Had a disappointing experience with Chunky Chicken on Feb 10, 2024, at 10:38 pm. The staff member's behavior was rude, which significantly impacted my visit. Hoping for improved customer service in the future. i told them about there behaviour even after that they are not changed. Strange
