Having never had any problems with Rose Hill decided to order from Marston. Will not be happening again. Ordered at 7:30 and after an hour phoned to find out where the food was. Found out it had been sent out to completely the wrong area of Oxford so after them struggling to take our address for a second time it would now be on its way. Took another hour to arrive and when it finally did the pizza was cold and half the food was missing! Stood around for a while with the driver on the phone to the shop and then us on the phone to the shop where they said they could take the pizzas back and then come out again with our full order. We said they could leave the pizza with us and we wouldn’t pay as felt it was unfair after waiting two hours but were told they couldn’t do that so just sent the pizzas back with the delivery guy and left it there. Not impressed with the service and will not be using again. Would give them zero stars if I could

Its usually pretty good and very fast... Today when I ordered however I had to wait 50 min for delivery, which is absurd given that I live a 5 min walk from the Marston Papa John's. And the pizza when it arrived tasted pretty stale to be honest. I wasn't impressed.

Medium taste. A bit expensive. Salty too. But, I loved their pepperoni and sausage pizza. Not much overwhelmed. But, average.

Waited two hours and ten minutes for my pizza to arrive. After the first hour I called and was told it was on its way and would be there in 15 minutes. Tried calling back a couple of times after that to cancel, but nobody answered the phone. Ended up making something for myself and sent the pizza away when it finally arrived. Driver told me to call for a refund and the person who finally answered the phone couldn't have cared less - no apology at any stage. Nice attitude, guys.
