Shockingly bad service. Ordered online after 30 minutes nothing arrived. I called several times and it just rings with no answer. Eventually after nearly an hour the pizza came stone cold. On the fifth time calling someone picked up after a very long wait. The person picking up the phone didn't care and the manager was too busy to speak to me. Lets the brand down, Papa John's need to sort out this store

Super helpful in arranging an 11.15am delivery for a party (competitor company was very unamenable in this respect). Regan (spelling) gave great customer service and the pizzas delivered were really nice.

Ordered online for delivery. Pizzas had incorrect toppings including allergens, meaning pizza could not be eaten. Called the store three times, and the phone was just left to ring without anyone answering each time, what a very poorly managed franchise. I had to take my complaint to head office; that complaint is still being dealt with & head office dealings are equally as bad. Do not waste your time or money here or with any Papa John's for that matter... The food is substandard, service very poor & worse of all is the pathetic lacklustre interest of the head office. Issues could have easily been resolved instantly, instead they are dragging their feet with a 3 week investigation, still not received any offer of my money back or alternative.

Xxl pizza meat fist ..no meat ..no chese how should be....almost like vegetarian pizza...I think this guys stealing the peperoni..the cheese and meat and bring it home or something ..This papa jhon branch is a joke whit rude indian people ..You can find better places
