Phoned the order in. Got there over 10 mins later and hadn't started even making it yet, it was pretty disappointing. Not bad pizza though but I've known them to regularly gets orders wrong ever since they first opened.

People who have complained that it took an hour for delivery need to understand that an order takes time to cook properly. 20 minutes to prepare, cook and then picked up by driver. the driver takes at least 2 orders with them. get in the car, sat nav details and then work out the best route to the customers. In rain and cold. Most places are over 6 miles away. At night they have to find houses with no number on the houses. If it took an hour for delivery, so what! Ask at a local Papa Johns if they could deliver a pizza in 30 mins. Take it out of the oven 10 mins early and the driver can race to your house like hes stolen the car. Just for You xx

Usually go to Dominoes, but was in the area and fancied one, I really shouldn't have bothered, incompetent staff and lousy pizza, never again.After reading the reviews, the 5* rating are written by the staff and friends.

They used to be good but the last 2 orders the Pizzas have been cold after a 2 hour wait. Trying to get a refund seems to be some sort of undercover MI5 recruitment tool as it is so difficult and I am sure only very few have succeeded. Will never be giving them another chance after this.

Freshly prepared, Quick delivery, Asked for a quick tour of the kitchen area and it was sparkling clean and hygienic. My favourite is the Italian base. Mmmmm 😋
