I ordered last night and all 3 pizzas were burnt . I rang up pizza zio and told them about the pizzas and they told us that it is highly likely for the pizzas to be burnt. They wouldn’t replace all three pizzas Because they the other pizzas would be burnt to .They then requested a refund and they sent the most arrogant member of staff who thought that he could intimidate me . He told us not to order from them again . We won’t be ordering from there again anyway . If I could upload the pizzas I would but it’s not giving me any option .

Absolutely amazing pizza's, ordered twice within a couple of months and both times our pizza's have been lovely! Easily best pizza I've had in years! And both times they have come within 20/30 minutes.

Always given 5 stars till last order even dog turned nose up.gutted as I always recommend u guys.must have been new cook .usually chicken is in a box with chips separate.3 chicken n chips chucked in pizza box.outside hard inside slimy n not cooked through not fresh.donner burger not fresh like rubber.very disappointed as I always rate food highly .such a shame
